    Hmmm.. not a bad idea to give a AFFOL ya? =)

  3. Discman says:

    the minifig boxes seems a bit ex.. :p for me i use those S$2 display boxes from DAISO to keep my minifigs.. need 2 for each series cos seems a bit cramp to squeeze all 16 into 1..

    @Jonathan: No kids, flexi schedule… (^_^)

    @Walshklien: But then, perhaps for AFFOL expectations are higher given the exposure to various MOCs? Lots of nice creations appearing on Flickr… going to do a feature soon.

    @Discman: Yeah, too pricey for me too! I’ll go for the Muji ones if I really want a display like that. Muji’s less than S$30 and of good quality…

    hey amodularlife, not on topic but would you recommend the nanoblock himeji castle?

    Love Me is sold out @ SC already! Only manage to grab the photo frame! So sad!:(

  7. Nick Yap says:

    Not too sure if this is on topic, but I’ve noticed that most stores here don’t really stock Pharoh’s Quest sets. The last i saw it was at Toystation three weeks ago, but they don’t have the Pyramid. Other than that, Brickworld and Secret chambers just stocks the piggy bank.

    On the other hand, Ninjago is everywhere.

    Is there a reason why?

    • amodularlife says:

      @Nick Yap: PQ sets are expected in March for SG while the Ninjago sets arrived in Jan. No special reason, just that the stocks have not arrived for SG… TS has some stocks cos they brought in from overseas – am guessing some other SG AFOLs could have shipped in PQ sets as well if they couldn’t wait. Don’t understand why we are lagging in distribution behind other countries tho. Maybe you can ask LEGO Singapore and let us know why? 🙂
