LEGO MUJI sets – at a store near you in Dec?

Remember those LEGO sets created exclusively for MUJI last year?

Ok, now that you get a better idea (yeah, paper & LEGO) and in case you want them, you may be able to get from your nearest MUJI store in December.  That’s what the official MUJI LEGO website says.  No details on whether any stores will be excluded from the wider distribution but I am hopeful that they will appear in Singapore (nah, no inside info just fingers crossed).  Not sure if I really want these tho… more for kids? 😛

wanted to go down to click brick but paiseh to ask my fren to follow me so far there.. 😦

When i was at Narita in May this year, i only saw the set with the single round small pieces. This time round i see another type with the 4-nodes brick. is there a cutter of some sort in the kit? cos i see the bricks included are similar to normal ones we have..

@ Discman: Oh so sad! Can’t even use the excuse that you want to go to the premium outlets for shopping? It’s a good reason… or just do some amazon japan shopping next time then. Probably cheaper…
For the MUJI sets you have to get the stapler type of hole puncher, that is sold separately from the sets.

@ Walsh Klien: Ok, if I see them in MUJI SG will update here. I think the new ones really too juniorised for me. Need to do coloring! 😛

Finally got my Muji Lego set today! Got the Sea and Animal theme, the latter is supposed to be a present for someone else but temptation to keep it is raging! To be honest it’s not many pieces and obviously one is paying for the Muji and Lego branding… but there’s something about it that’s in explicably stylish and ignites one’s imagination. Am thinking of building a nautical themed key press now.

But for those curious about what’s in the package, here it is… for the Sea theme at least. Can’t open the Animal one because it’s a present.

    The sea (うみ) theme:

Comes with six 150 gsm card with the patterns to cut out (but am gonna scan it!) and colour.

91 pieces of small lego pieces. Mostly 4 X 4 white bricks, transparent blue and red studs.

    2 white (nicely nautical shade!) 16 X 32 baseboard.

An instruction sheet, not booklet, with 8 ideas. From making a flying fish that you can make ‘leap’ up from the water to making a scene of a day at the beach.

    Hole puncher sold separately.

  6. For most up-to-date news you have to pay a visit the web and
on world-wide-web I found this web page as a finest web site
    for hottest updates.

  7. Everything posted made a ton of sense. However, think on this, what
if you wrote a catchier post title? I mean, I don’t
want to tell you how to run your blog, however what if you added a post title to possibly get a
person’s attention? I mean LEGO MUJI sets – at a store near you in Dec?
    | A Modular Life is kinda plain. You might glance at Yahoo’s
front page and note how they write article headlines
to get viewers to open the links. You might add a related video or a related picture
or two to grab readers excited about everything’ve got to say.
Just my opinion, it would make your website a little bit
    more interesting.

  8. Fantastic items from you, man. I’ve remember your stuff prior
to and you are just extremely wonderful.
I really like what you’ve bought right here, really like what you’re saying and the way through which you assert
it. You make it enjoyable and you still care for to stay it smart.
I can’t wait to read much more from you.
That is actually a tremendous web site.
